Now that the Holidays are fast approaching, there are some exciting NEW Allegra Gear choices for you to choose from. Performing at the Klein Concert Hall in Bridgeport for an Aids Benefit with other Connecticut Dance Companies was a great success and an opportunity for our dancers to observe first hand the works of other Dance Companies. Congrats go out to the Teen Company for their hard work. Our annual Stamford Mall Holiday Show was awesome this year with new dances, much enthusiasm and great energy. Thanks to all who made that show such a wonderful success. We will be REGISTERING for the SPRING 2009 Term and we will start to think about some great dances for our annual Recitals. Watch this Important Dates page for Recital Information. I must share with you the wonderful experience I had seeing BILLY ELLIOT on Broadway. BILLY ELLIOT, the story of a young dancer struggling to overcome the stigma attached to a young male dancer and overcoming all odds, makes this Broadway Show a great treat for all. The music and choreography are incomparable. I hope to see all three of the actors who play Billy Elliot as I hear each one brings to the stage a very different interpretation.
